Milton, I believe these gentlemen have your stapler. Hopefully team driver Samir Mehta has skills behind the wheel; otherwise, America’s most-put upon office drone might not get his snazzy red Swingline back in one piece. Inspired by the movie Office Space, Samir and his mechanics have full faith in their abilities to reach the bottom of Mount Adams unscathed. Although he recognizes the challenges involved with “steering an 8 foot stapler through a 90-degree turn,” Samir takes refuge in his squad’s collective know-how. “Our build team has a combined IQ or over 800,” the skipper tells us. “We have four masters degrees in mechanical engineering and aerodynamics, so we’re basically rocket scientists.”

No ode to Office Space would be complete without a ritualistic beating of insufferable hardware. When Samir and company aren’t celebrating Michael Bolton’s entire back catalogue, you can find them at The Ohio State University, scouring the campus for a discarded fax machine. You can bank on the Mount Adams crowd cheering as broken parts fly. Expect those cheers to turn into an outright pop when “Damn It Feels Good to Be a Gangsta” comes over the speakers and Samir takes off in Milton’s famous stapler. Not to jump to conclusions, but you should see quite a bit of flair from team E-Haw and the Razor Thongs.
