Once upon a time, there were three little pigs. Three insane little pigs. Seriously, those puny porkers were crazy! How crazy? They were crazy enough to race the fastest soapbox car ever seen in the sty, and to trick the big, bad wolf into helping them!

Kelly, Omar, and Corky grew up together in a town called Acampo. They liked their home so much that they stayed there for many, many years, until they were fully grown. Kelly was good at building things, Corky liked to work with electricity, and Omar used a truck to make deliveries. They didn’t seem crazy, until one day an announcement rang out through the land. A soapbox race was going to be held in San Francisco! “That sounds like fun!” Omar shouted. “Let’s make a car!” Kelly agreed. “Will there be girls?” asked Corky, with a wiggle of his curly tail. Soon, even though their sane animal friends advised them to skip the race and watch TV instead, the pig posse got to work on their gravity-powered racer. There was just one problem: the three stoked swine were crazy, but not crazy enough to drive a homemade vehicle down a steep hill. They thought, and thought, and thought some more. Then suddenly, Omar cried, “Hey! Remember that wolf named Ali who tried to blow our houses down? That guy was a huff and a puff short of a deep breath. If we give him a push, I’ll bet he’ll win by at least a whisker!” How does the story end? You won’t find out until October 18. (Now get to sleep.)
