A - Team

Nuts and Bolts:
A-Team is the “A” team of Soapbox. Literally. As in they’re racing a van replica from the 80’s TV show hit “The A-Team” that featured Mr. T as Sgt. B.A. Baracus, one of four lovable commandos on the run. “They were always able to take random objects and materials to create an awesome vehicle,” writes team member Erin Phillips. A- Team plans to do the same with aluminum tubing “and of course $2,000 racing wheels!”
Designing things is Superbig’s specialty since it’s comprised of members of A - Team creative agency that is run by driver Kevin Walsh. Next up after Soapbox? Kevin and industrial designer Dave Weagle plan on racing in the off-road Baja 500 in a custom designed vehicle. They pity the fools who doubt them as serious contenders in either race.
